About
Provides mobile medical care and needle exchange by hosting Central City Concern's and Outside In's medical vans and syringe exchange program. Includes a full range of health services such as disease management, routine primary care, HIV/STI testing, women's health care, mental health, and transgender care. Also provides assistance with enrollment in Oregon Health Plan (OHP) or other health insurance plans. For the syringe exchange, users get an even exchange for however many syringes they bring in, though no one will be turned away for not having returns.
