Visalia Rescue Mission exists to confront the life-controlling circumstances of homelessness and addiction with Christ-centered services, programs, and resource counseling to build hopeful futures. They provide no-cost addiction treatment, including long-term residential care, transitional support, and aftercare programming. Their services include medical and mental health assessments, personalized care planning, and various counseling options to support recovery
