4D Recovery Clackamas

4D Recovery is a peer-led Recovery Community Organization that serves young people ages 14–35 who are recovering from substance use and co-occurring mental health challenges. We provide welcoming, youth and young adult–driven spaces where recovery is accessible, empowering, and fun. At the heart of 4D’s work are our Recovery Community Centers—vibrant, peer-led spaces where young people can find connection, support, and belonging. Our peer mentors, who bring lived experience to their roles, are the cornerstone of everything we do. Through genuine relationships, they help others navigate recovery, set goals, and build meaningful lives.
