About
Excelsior Wellness offers treatment and support for male and female youth (in some cases to age 21), who are facing mental health and substance abuse disorder(s). Services include individual counseling, group counseling, substance use assessments, intensive care coordination, WISe Services, Crisis Services, crisis stabilization, inpatient psychiatric services, ASAM 3.1 Recovery House, ASAM 3.5 Intensive Inpatient, ASAM 3.7 Secure Withdrawal Management, Evaluation & Treatment and Transition Age Youth (TAY) Housing. Substances addressed include opiods and other substances. Services are offered in a non-faith based, inpatient and outpatient environment.
