MHA SpeakoutSpeakup offers support services for males and females, of all ages, struggling with depression, anxiety, mental health, homelessness, addiction, food insecurity, education and employment. Services include mentoring and emotional support and connection to resources throughout the region to engage in other forms of therapy and to help meet other life needs. Substances addressed include opioids and other substances. Services are offered in a faith-based, non-residential environment.
