Parent Child Assistance Program (PCAP) Agency serves pregnant women or women 12 months postpartum who have used alcohol or drugs during pregnancy or are ineffectively connected to community services. Services offered include: provide outreach, practical assistance, structured goal-setting, problem-solving, and coaching, connect clients to recovery supports, including community, social, and health care services in a non faith-based environment. Substance addressed include opioids and alcohol, in an out-patient treatment format.
