About
Passages Family Support Agency serves youth, adults and families of all ages, who are struggling with mental health, and also supports their families. Services offered include: Individual Peer Support, Intensive Case Management, Weekly Support Groups, Educational Workshops, Individual Advocacy, Therapy Services, WISe (Wraparound with Intensive Services), Emergency Financial Support, Peer Bridger, Supported Housing/Employment in a non-residential format in a non faith-based environment.
