This is an in-custody IOP treatment program offered by Pioneer Human Services. Inmates can self-refer to the program, or they can be Court Ordered to take the program. Additionally, Pioneer operates the Innovative project which assesses individuals in-custody and gets them a release to Inpatient treatment if their legal representation, the prosecution and the Judge agree.
